Role: Town Planner or Senior Town Planner
Salary: Up to 45k
Location: Manchester Area

As part of a small and friendly team, you’ll work closely with highly regarded directors, gaining hands-on experience and insight that will elevate your professional profile and planning knowledge. Key Responsibilities:
- Support diverse planning projects, including site promotions, applications, and appeals
- Draft and review planning documents, including Planning Statements and technical reports
- Carry out site visits and coordinate input from multi-disciplinary teams
- Monitor project budgets and handle associated invoicing
- Engage with Planning Officers, statutory consultees, and specialist consultants
- Provide clear, practical planning advice to clients and support colleagues through mentoring
- Foster strong client relationships and contribute to business development opportunities
- Actively represent the company at professional, networking, and industry events

You Will Have:
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Understanding of UK planning regulations
- A degree or higher in Town Planning or a related field
- Full driving license
