Key Responsibilities
As a Toyota Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will:
- Build rapport with customers and guide them through important purchasing decisions
- Develop expertise in Toyota’s innovative product range and ownership solutions
- Conduct test drives, manage enquiries, and maximise sales conversions
- Collaborate with colleagues across sales, service, fleet, and aftersales teams
- Represent the Toyota brand ethos with professionalism and integrity
- Deliver a seamless customer experience from first enquiry to handover

About You
Ideal Candidates:
- Naturally customer-focused and passionate about delivering outstanding service
- Experienced in sales, retail, or hospitality (or similar customer-facing roles)
- Highly skilled at identifying and meeting customer needs
- Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
- Adaptable, team-orientated, and eager to grow professionally
Core Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- GCSE Maths/English or equivalent (A Levels desirable)
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office) & confidence with social media
