• Up to £55,000 OTE (annual salary including bonus) • Permanent – Full-time position • Must have: A full UK driving licence and a qualification as a Level 2 Vehicle Technician or Diagnostic Technician

Your Responsibilities (as a Vehicle Technician)
All work conducted in adherence to Toyota GB technical standards, ensuring high-quality outcomes and an excellent customer experience.
Core Duties
- Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to the required standards.
- Inspect vehicles and diagnose all faults, including non-routine issues, using technical expertise and latest diagnostic tools.
- Identify and report defects in compliance with:
- MOT (Department of Environment standards)
- Vehicle Safety Report (VSR) recommendations
- Maintain productivity and efficiency, completing all work within allocated timeframes.
- Ensure daily care and maintenance of tools and equipment, reporting any defects promptly.
- Follow Toyota and Centre processes at all times, adhering to safety and professional standards.
- Engage in clear communication with customers, explaining work required or completed in a warm, professional, and engaging manner.
- Provide training and mentorship to apprentice technicians, supporting their skill development.
- Attend specialist training sessions to maintain and advance technical expertise.
- Collaborate across the Centre team to deliver a seamless and outstanding customer service.

What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
