Job Description

Crawford has the largest team of dedicated Liability adjusters in the UK, located at 12 self-contained offices, in most cases less than an hour from any loss. Through our innovative combination of desk adjusting, self-service technologies, on-demand field services and specialist services, Crawford can provide quality services with efficiency and scale that’s unmatched by anyone else.

Responsibilities

  • We’ll assign you with your own caseload of Liability claims, ranging from Employers Liability, Personal Liability through to Commercial based claims varying in value.
  • You’ll also work in partnership with an assigned Liability Adjuster on more complex claims, managing client instructions as swiftly as possible through the process to ensure great client relationships built around trust, respect and speedy resolution.
  • You’ll need to gather all relevant evidence and understand full details of policy cover, ensuring the customer is aware of liability with the ability to explain this in a non-technical and non-bias approach.
  • Negotiation of settlement and managing pushbacks to swift resolution will be key to your success, as will liaising with any third parties involved with the claim.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
