- Achieve sales KPIs and revenue targets by accurately identifying customer parts requirements through effective questioning, diagnosis, recommendations, promotions and upselling.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, building strong relationships through regular telephone and face-to-face contact while handling enquiries, orders, complaints and credit queries professionally.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the TPS product range, brand USP (genuine vs non-genuine), promotions and systems to confidently overcome objections and maximise sales opportunities.
- Use TPS systems accurately (e.g. EKTA/VIN lookup) to process orders, maintain customer records, complete documentation and ensure compliance with data protection and business standards.
- Support Centre operations as required, including receiving and allocating parts, assisting with stock checks, reporting damages or losses, sourcing parts and maintaining displays to manufacturer standards.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager, Centre team, manufacturers and suppliers to support sales targets, service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Maintain a professional appearance, organised working environment and high standards of integrity, compliance and customer satisfaction.
Helpful skills and qualifications

- Experience in a parts, distribution, telesales or fast-paced sales environment, with regular customer contact.
- Motor industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, professional telephone manner and good IT skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail, able to work to timescales with a strong customer-service focus.
- Full UK driving licence required.
