Aluminium Trackway Panels
Our aluminum trackway panels are engineered for maximum durability providing a seamless, stable platform that performs exceptionally well on soft, wet, or uneven terrain, as well as on all stable surfaces.
Once laid, our Alu-Panel system enables rapid and secure access for heavy vehicles and equipment, from cars to cranes. Its distributed load-bearing system ensures stability while also offering foot traffic protection at concerts, festivals, and events.
Built for robust performance, these panels provide reliable protection in the most severe operations, making them perfectly suited for EPZ works in OHL maintenance and construction.

Trackway Installers | Crew Support

Full-time | PAYE or CIS (depending on experience)
Role Overview
We are recruiting Trackway Crew Operatives to support the installation and recovery of temporary trackway systems across OHL, utilities and infrastructure projects throughout the UK.
This is a hands-on, site-based role, working as part of a crew to deliver safe, efficient access solutions on live sites. You will work closely with Lead Installers, HGV drivers and plant operators, following RAMS and site rules at all times.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation and recovery of temporary trackway systems
- Support loading, unloading, stacking and securing of mats and pins
- Work alongside HGV drivers, crane operators and plant operators
- Follow RAMS, site rules and strict health & safety procedures
- Maintain good housekeeping and safe working areas at all times
- Assist with setting out, alignment and pinning of trackway panels
- Support site operations during live OHL, utility and infrastructure works
- Travel UK-wide with regular nights away
- Work early starts, overtime and weekends where required
Essential Requirements
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
- Comfortable with physical work and working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong safety-first attitude
- Willing to travel UK-wide and work away from home
- Ability to follow instructions and work to site plans and RAMS
Desirable
- Previous experience in trackway, groundworks, utilities or construction
- CSCS card
- Experience working on OHL, utilities or infrastructure projects
(Previous trackway experience is beneficial but not essential — attitude and reliability are key.)

- JCB Hydradig Driver – Trackway Operations Operating our brand new JCB Hydradig as part of modern, machine-led trackway installation teams. HGV Class 1 preferred (Class 2 considered with progression).
- Support Trackway Installer – Hydradig Team Physical, outdoor role supporting Hydradig-led installations. Ideal for hardworking individuals used to working outside in all conditions.
- Wagon Drivers | Trackway Installers Experienced Trackway Installer / Crane operator (HIAB / loader crane experience essential) Confident leading crews and liaising with site management
