Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tractor Driver role based in Didcot, Rivercrossing. The Tractor Driver will operate tractors and related agricultural or construction equipment safely and efficiently, following site instructions and company procedures. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Transporting materials
- Assisting with groundwork activities
- Performing basic equipment checks
- Reporting any maintenance needs or safety concerns
The role requires adherence to health and safety regulations, accurate documentation of work completed, and effective communication with site supervisors and team members. This job duration is 5 years (could go longer).
Qualifications
- Strong skills in tractor operation and experience working with construction machinery.
- Proficiency in driving large vehicles and adhering to road and site regulations (Truck Driving, Truck).
- Valid CDL Class A license or equivalent professional driving qualification where required (CDL Class A).
- Good understanding of site safety practices, risk awareness, and safe loading and unloading procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a diverse team, and communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues.
- Previous experience in construction is beneficial.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and to perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.

Rates
- £22.10 an hour
- Minimum 10 hours a day (maximum 12 hours a day)
- Weekends available
- Mandatory
- Must have right to work documents (passports, share code, birth certificates)
- Have their own transport
