Tractor Driver / Grounds Maintenance Operative

We require Tractor Drivers and Grounds Maintenance Operatives with one of the UK’s leading Horticulture and Grounds Maintenance specialists.
Job Duties
The primary responsibilities include:
- Operating agricultural tractors and specialised grounds machinery (gang/rotary mowers, flails, and attachments).
- Large-scale grass/lawn cutting, edging, strimming, hedge cutting, and pruning.
- Performing routine machinery checks, basic maintenance, and keeping equipment clean.
- Engaging in general site upkeep, including litter picking, weed control, and using powered tools.

These are permanent roles, with a successful 13-15 week probation period required.
Requirements
- Candidates MUST hold a LANTRA qualification (Tractor Driving / Machinery Operation).
- Clear criminal record for security reasons.
- Valid driver’s license (essential).
- Preferably minimum 3 years’ experience in operating tractors and grounds machinery.

Pay & Hours
- Hourly rate: Up to £15.07
- Working hours: 07:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
