Trade Counter and Warehouse person
Job Title: Trade Counter and Warehouse Person
Location: Enfield
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Trade Counter and Warehouse Person to join our team in Enfield. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for managing our trade counter and warehouse operations efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them with their queries and orders at the trade counter. Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organised warehouse, ensuring all stock is correctly stored and easily accessible. Prepare orders for dispatch and assist with loading and unloading deliveries. Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary. Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required.

Requirements
Previous experience in a trade counter and warehouse environment. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Forklift certification is desirable but not essential. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Flexible approach to work and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required.
