Our client, a well-regarded firm in the Trade Marks sector, is looking for an experienced Trade Mark Secretary to join their London team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a polished, proactive secretary to provide high-quality support in a busy and varied role.
The Role
You'll provide a full range of secretarial and administrative support, including:
- Preparing, checking, updating and finalising correspondence and other documents, and liaising with clients and agents
- Preparing and distributing client invoices, including via electronic billing systems
- Delivering bespoke support tailored to client needs, including working with client document management systems and portals
- Filtering and proactively handling incoming post, including reporting to clients
- Assisting with litigation preparation

About You

Our client is looking for someone with:
- Proven secretarial and administrative experience within the Trade Marks sector
- Experience preparing and issuing a high volume of invoices
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
- Experience with Inprotech (highly advantageous)
