Based in our European headquarters in Maidenhead, the EMEA Brand Marketing Team is responsible for the management and execution of all product and brand marketing support for our trade solutions brand, MILWAUKEE. The department is a busy and dynamic function that supplies all European regions with the marketing materials needed to deliver the company’s ambitious financial growth targets.

Reporting to the Senior Trade Marketing Manager, as the EMEA Marketing Assistant for MILWAUKEE, you will be expected to support the day-to-day marketing activities of the digital and trade marketing teams, as well as run your own projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution and timelines of the projects they lead.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To support the MILWAUKEE EMEA Marketing Communications Plan for the EMEA Brand and Trade Marketing Team. Take ownership for elements of the communications plan from development to execution, coordinating between internal Product management teams and External agencies. You will be involved in all outputs of the marketing mix, including photography, video, print, central product and collateral databases, merchandising, premiums and exhibitions. Utilising US issued Press Releases and localising material in conjunction with Product Management teams, issuing to local marketing teams for translation. To work with product management teams and local translators to ensure data is maintained within Product Information Management software, and to transform this data within PIM to deliver content for downstream systems. To coordinate with local marketing teams across EMEA to consolidate order volumes on campaign POS and premiums. To ensure quality standards by checking printed materials for errors and consistency to brand guidelines. Management of Product Sample Orders and POs, tracking through to completion whilst maintaining constant communication with key stakeholders and agencies.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
BA (Hons) 2:1 in Business, Management, Marketing or similar degree (preferable) To be highly motivated and keen to learn new skills, as well as develop existing skills Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Good communication skills, written and verbal Good analytical skills, with a great eye for detail To be able to manage and prioritise multiple projects at once Good English language skills (written and verbal) Willingness to travel around the UK and Europe Full driving licence
