Trade Marketing Coordinator
Location: Chester (Hybrid Working)
Salary: c£35,000
We're delighted to be partnering with a premium luxury brand to recruit a Trade Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised marketing professional to support the delivery of trade marketing campaigns, events, communications, and brand initiatives across a well-established and respected business. Working closely with Sales, Brand, and Operations teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring marketing activity is delivered efficiently and effectively, helping to drive brand awareness and commercial performance.
The role offers a varied mix of campaign coordination, trade communications, events, reporting, and stakeholder management, making it ideal for someone looking to develop their career within a fast-paced luxury brand environment.
The Role
As Trade Marketing Coordinator, you'll support the planning and execution of a wide range of trade marketing activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of trade marketing campaigns, advertising activity, and promotional materials.
- Assisting with trade communications, including LinkedIn and email marketing activity.
- Maintaining and developing trade marketing databases and mailing lists.
- Coordinating trade show requirements, including samples, marketing materials, logistics, and supplier management.
- Supporting shopper marketing initiatives and field sampling activity.
- Managing award submissions and product sample requests.
- Raising purchase orders and supporting administration through the ERP system.
- Tracking marketing spend, budgets, and campaign activity.
- Producing reports on campaign, event, and trade marketing performance.
- Maintaining accurate records across marketing systems and supporting process improvements.

About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who are highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Trade Marketing, Events, FMCG, or similar commercial marketing role.
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and reporting.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and digital collaboration tools.
- Experience using project management systems such as Monday.com or similar would be advantageous.
