Some opportunities let you join a business.

Others let you help build one.

I'm delighted to be partnering with an exciting chilled food scale-up as they continue their journey to become one of the UK's fastest-growing brands in their category.

In just two years, they've secured listings with major UK retailers and are building real momentum. Every product is manufactured fresh from their own facility in Reading, giving them a genuine point of difference in a market dominated by larger, imported brands. They're now looking for a Brand & Trade Marketing Executive to join the team at a pivotal stage of growth. This is a brilliantly broad role that sits at the intersection of brand, shopper and trade marketing. You'll be responsible for bringing new products to life from concept through to shelf, while making sure the brand wins where it matters most... in store.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
