The Role
As Trade Marketing Executive, you will support the growth and visibility of Tangle Teezer in key direct and distributor markets. This role reports into the Trade Marketing Manager and will work closely with Sales and the wider Marketing teams to execute trade marketing initiatives that drive sell-through, conversion and customer engagement both in-store and online in select beauty, mass and grocery retail channels.
In this role you’ll get to:
- Support the planning and execution of trade marketing calendar across retail, coordinating product launches, seasonal campaigns and retailer activations.
- Responsible for collaborating with the internal sales team and tier 3 retailers to support retailer needs and ensure successful end-to-end execution to meet key priorities and sales targets.
- Support Trade Marketing Manager in day-to-day execution and project management of key trade marketing activities in Tier 1 & 2 retail accounts.
- Develop and manage trade marketing materials including retailer assets, training tools, and sales presentations.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness using sales and retail data and prepare post-campaign analysis reports with insights and recommendations.
- Communicate key updates and successes to our retailers ensuring we remain front-of-mind as category leaders.
- Support our distributor partners with key trade marketing updates to help them execute best-in-class activity in their markets.
- Coordinate sampling, gifting, and promotional stock requirements where needed.
- Track competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and market trends to support commercial planning.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and presence across all consumer touchpoints.
- Assist with new product launches and retailer onboarding activities.
- Coordinate briefs with internal creative and brand teams, plus external agencies where applicable.

What we are looking for in you:
- Previous experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Sales Support.
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills, highly organized and detail orientated.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Creative with a strong understanding of brand presentation.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.
- A proactive, self-motivated and collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
