What You’ll Do

As our Trade Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving impactful retail execution and supporting commercial success across our portfolio. You will:

  • Develop and support trade marketing materials and sell-in tools for key retail partners
  • Manage the planning and implementation of off-fixture displays (FSDUs, pallets, CDUs)
  • Monitor and report on retail campaign performance, turning insight into action (e.g. FSDU ROI analysis)
  • Ensure budget alignment to rate cards and deliver efficient marketing spend
  • Support new product launches with tailored trade marketing plans and sell-in assets
  • Oversee creative development and approvals for visual merchandising (VM), ensuring brand consistency and flawless execution (KPIs & ROIs)
  • Partner closely with suppliers to maintain a seamless operational process
  • Stay ahead of VM trends and competitor activity, sharing best practices and opportunities across teams

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a motivated, commercially minded marketer with:

  • 5–6 years of experience in trade or shopper marketing (FMCG or toys experience a plus)
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple activations and deadlines
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for brand storytelling at retail
  • A can-do attitude towards projects and challenges
