💚 Here’s what you need to know. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of trade marketing programmes across the EMEA region Create and deliver impactful promotional campaigns, toolkits and sales activation materials Partner with Sales, Marketing, Bottlers and external agencies to drive best-in-class execution across multiple channels Support major NPD launches through compelling trade activation plans and customer-facing toolkits Manage promotional calendars, sell-in materials, POS development and campaign rollouts Track campaign performance, ROI and key learnings to continuously improve execution Act as a key stakeholder across cross-functional projects, influencing teams and driving results Lead, coach and develop Trade Marketing Executives within the team

About You: Proven experience within Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Brand Activation or Customer Marketing Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Commercially minded with experience supporting retail, convenience, wholesale, e-commerce or on-premise channels Creative thinker who can turn strategy into engaging activation programmes Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple markets and functions Self-starter with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail Previous FMCG, beverage or consumer goods experience would be highly advantageous Experience managing a direct report.
