Role: Trade Marketing Manager
Department: Commercial | Creative Team
Location: Berkshire, Hybrid (2-3 office days)
Salary: Up to £50,000
We're partnering with an award-winning, employee-owned beauty and personal care brand who are looking for a commercially minded, adaptable Trade Marketing Manager to act as the strategic link between international brand partners and leading UK retailers including Boots, Superdrug and Amazon.
This is a varied role where you'll translate global brand strategies into impactful local trade marketing plans that drive visibility, shopper engagement and sales, reporting to the Head of Commercial.
What you'll be doing
- Manage relationships with international brand partners, aligning local execution with global brand strategy.
- Adapt global marketing assets into retailer-compliant POS, in-store activations and promotional campaigns.
- Partner with Category Managers on Joint Business Planning (JBP) to secure strong retail opportunities.
- Deliver omnichannel trade marketing plans across retail and e-commerce, including promotions, sampling and digital shelf optimisation.
- Manage POS materials, testers and Gifts with Purchase (GWPs), working with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Plan and deliver trade shows, exhibitions and retailer events.
- Lead, coach and develop members of the creative team.

What we're looking for
- Experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing or Account Management within Beauty, Wellness, Cosmetics or FMCG.
- Experience working with UK retail channels and their merchandising and compliance requirements.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with experience using retail sales data to measure performance.
- A good eye for visual merchandising and marketing execution.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, adaptable and commercially driven approach with a passion for beauty and innovation.
