As our Trade Marketing Manager, you’ll be part of the Integrated Marketing team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Senior Manager Commercial Trade. You’ll be right at the heart of fast-moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.
WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE
The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for:
- Planning and delivering key trading moments across the commercial calendar, ensuring these moments are activated effectively to drive conversion, revenue, and consumer engagement.
- Translating commercial priorities into clear, coordinated activity across channels and markets.
- Working closely with Commercial Trade, Seasonal Campaign, Media, and Retail teams to maximise the performance of key trading moments through strong planning, clear activation frameworks, and disciplined execution.
- Supporting the delivery of a 365-day trading and marketing calendar, executing campaigns and key moments across all channels and markets.

Core Accountabilities
As our Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Strong trade marketing expertise with experience leading commercial trade strategies across global or multi-market environments, driving sell-through, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of Wholesale, Retail, and DTC channels, with the ability to translate commercial, brand, and product priorities into effective trade marketing plans.
- Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders, delivering globally consistent frameworks that enable strong local market execution.
- Highly organised and insight-led, with strong project management skills and experience using performance data to optimise results and manage complex initiatives.
- Experienced people leader and confident communicator, capable of developing high-performing teams and building strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
Key Skills & Capabilities
Put simply, the key things we’re looking for are:
- Strong experience delivering commercial and trade marketing activity, with a solid understanding of how trading plans are executed across DTC, retail, wholesale, and global markets.
- Highly organised with excellent planning and project management skills, able to manage multiple trading moments, priorities, and timelines simultaneously.
- Data-driven and commercially minded, using performance insights and market trends to inform decisions, optimise activity, and improve results.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, building strong relationships and coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure aligned execution.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and an effective communicator, able to respond to changing priorities while keeping teams aligned and focused on trading objectives.
