As the Trade Marketing Specialist, you’ll support the UK Trade Marketing Manager in driving high-impact marketing initiatives across UK wholesale accounts. You’ll enhance the brand’s presence through immersive in-store and digital experiences, aligning with global brand guidelines and business objectives.

Your Impact

  • Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns with wholesale partners, delivering seasonal brand activations and retailer engagement
  • Lead trade marketing projects through strategy, content creation, and performance reporting, ensuring on-time, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery
  • Coordinate the local customisation of trade marketing materials for UK partners, ensuring brand consistency and timely execution
  • Collaborate with UK Sales, EMEA Marketing, external partners, and agencies to deliver seamless cross-functional campaigns
  • Serve as the key contact for campaign delivery, ensuring smooth trade tool rollout, activations, and alignment between all stakeholders
  • Manage marketing documentation and assets to streamline execution across wholesale channels
  • Compile and report KPIs, campaign performance, and regional insights to exercise data-driven decision-making
  • Continuously improve trade marketing processes, identifying efficiencies and high-value opportunities
  • Contribute to creative asset development, aligning global campaigns with UK-scale execution
  • Track campaign updates, timelines, and communications, maintaining clarity across internal teams and partner networks
  • Help design and implement ROI-focused reporting templates

Who You Are

  • Combine inventiveness with a deep appreciation for global brand alignment and execution excellence

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Proven credentials in trade, retail, or wholesale marketing—preferably driving experiential and point-of-sale campaigns
  • Success in campaign crafting, performance tracking, and cross-functional campaign collaboration
  • Displays of asset and tool management, inventory workflows
  • A track record building alliances in global or dispersed organisations
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office and familiarity with finance/analytic tools
  • Hunger to engage in a fast-motion environment with legacy and agile ways of working
  • A heart for fashion and footwear, or at least great curiosity about them
