Experienced Trade Parts Telesales Advisor Opportunity in North London

Salary: £32,760 Plus Bonus OTE £9,000
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5.30pm (1IN2) Saturday

What you’ll be doing, and doing brilliantly
- Handling inbound and outbound trade parts sales enquiries
- Building strong relationships with trade customers and regular accounts
- Identifying parts accurately using manufacturer systems and catalogues
- Providing prices, availability and delivery updates to customers
- Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Upselling additional parts, accessories and related products where appropriate
- Liaising with warehouse, drivers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Following up quotes and enquiries to maximise sales conversion
- Supporting stock control and identifying fast-moving trade parts
- Delivering a professional, helpful and reliable service to every customer

What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a Trade Parts Advisor, Parts Telesales Advisor or Parts Advisor
- Strong automotive parts knowledge, ideally within a main dealer or TPS-style environment
- Confident telephone manner with strong customer service skills
- Ability to identify parts accurately and process orders efficiently
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to sales and upselling
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
- Comfortable building long-term relationships with trade customers
- Kerridge / DMS / manufacturer parts system experience would be beneficial
