Trade Reconciliation Analyst - FinTech
Trade Reconciliation Analyst – Newcastle – Salary up to £55k

About the Role
As a Trade Reconciliation Analyst, you will:
- Design, prioritise, build, and perform daily controls through a suite of reconciliations (position, trade, cash), spanning:
- Equities
- Fixed Income
- Rates
- Futures
- Credit
- Commodities
- Provide extensive core operational support, contributing to infrastructure development.
- Collaborate with technology teams and external vendors to build efficient and scalable processes for new and existing product verticals.
Location:
- Central Newcastle offices (brand new facility).
- Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 0900–1800, with flexibility.
- The offices feature great views, on-site showers, and a social, supportive team environment.

About You
You will have:
- A distinguished academic record:
- A 1.1 equivalent (first-class) degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics (or a closely related discipline) from a top-tier UK university (e.g., Russell Group or top 100 globally), supported by A grades at A-Level.
- Trade reconciliation experience (any asset class welcome).
- Advanced analytical skills and a natural problem-solving mindset.
- A passion for financial markets and a drive to progress your career in the field.
- Excellent written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
