Trade Reconciliation Analyst – Newcastle (£55k)
Are you a finance professional with a first-class education and buyside/sell-side operations experience looking to advance your career in a scaling technology consultancy?
About the Role
As a Trade Reconciliation Analyst, you will:
- Design, prioritise, and build daily controls covering a suite of reconciliations (position, trade, cash) across multiple asset classes:
- Equities
- Fixed Income
- Rates
- Futures
- Credit
- Commodities
- Provide extensive operational support and contribute to infrastructure development by:
- Collaborating with technology teams and external vendors
- Developing efficient, scalable processes for both new and existing product verticals
Location & Environment
You will join our newly opened Central Newcastle offices on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday).

- Working hours: 0900–1800, with some flexibility

About You
We’re looking for candidates with:
- A first-class or 1:1 degree (minimum) in:
- Mathematics
- Finance
- Economics
- (or a closely related discipline)
- From a top UK or global institution (e.g., Russell Group or top 100 global university)
- A-levels: Predominantly A grades (again, minimum)
- Trade reconciliation experience (any asset class preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Curiosity about financial markets and a desire to progress further
- Excellent communication and collaboration in writing and verbally
