Job Role
The Foreign Trade Sales Manager will be responsible for driving international business development, customer acquisition, and export sales growth across English-speaking markets. The role focuses on developing strategic customer relationships, expanding market presence, managing distributor networks, and supporting the company's long-term global growth objectives within the pharmaceutical packaging and medical device industries.
Working closely with headquarters and international customers, the successful candidate will manage the complete sales cycle from business development and customer engagement through contract negotiation and account management. This position requires a commercially driven professional with strong international sales experience and the ability to independently develop overseas markets within highly regulated healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute international business development strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue growth across assigned territories. Identify, approach, and develop new customers, distributors, and strategic partners within pharmaceutical, healthcare, and medical device industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and international stakeholders to support long-term business growth. Manage export sales activities including customer inquiries, quotations, contract negotiations, and order follow-up processes. Conduct customer visits, business presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions with overseas customers. Represent the company at international trade exhibitions, industry conferences, and customer engagement events. Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. Support distributor management, strategic account development, and customer retention initiatives. Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure effective order execution, customer support, and commercial operations. Prepare business reports, sales forecasts, market intelligence updates, and commercial recommendations for management review.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Economics, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related disciplines. Minimum 3 years of experience in international sales, export sales, foreign trade, overseas business development, or B2B commercial roles within pharmaceutical packaging, medical devices, healthcare products, pharmaceutical components, medical consumables, or related industries. Proven experience selling insulin pens, pen needles, cartridge vials, injectable drug delivery devices, pharmaceutical packaging products, or closely related healthcare products. Demonstrated success in developing overseas customers, distributors, strategic accounts, and international business opportunities. Strong understanding of export sales processes, international trade procedures, customer relationship management, and commercial negotiations. Experience managing international customer visits, distributor relationships, trade exhibitions, and overseas market development activities. Proven ability to independently conduct business presentations, customer meetings, negotiations, and commercial discussions in English. Strong business development, networking, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and account management skills. Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and results-oriented mindset. Comfortable with frequent international business travel, customer visits, trade fairs, and market development activities. Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken. Professional fluency in Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken, is highly preferred for internal communication and cross-functional collaboration. Existing customer resources, distributor networks, or industry relationships within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device sectors would be a strong advantage.
