Job Title: Trade Support Engineer Location: Holborn (3x per week onsite) Salary: Up to £90,000 Total Compensation

Trade Support Engineer We are looking for a Trade Support Engineer to support mission-critical electronic trading platforms within a fast-paced financial markets environment. This is a hands-on production support role, responsible for maintaining platform stability, resolving technical issues, supporting clients, and ensuring a high level of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 support for electronic trading platforms. Troubleshoot FIX connectivity, Linux systems, and network-related issues. Manage production incidents, root cause analysis, and issue resolution. Support client onboarding, connectivity testing, and platform configuration. Work closely with Engineering, Infrastructure, and Product teams. Identify opportunities for automation and service improvements. Requirements 3+ years' experience in Production Support, Service Delivery, Application Support, or Trading Systems Support within financial services. Experience supporting electronic trading platforms in a live environment. Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills. Experience working directly with institutional clients, brokers, or trading counterparties. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
