Your Purpose
The Trade Support Executive is part of a vital department within the Sales Team Function. It’s a crucial admin role supporting Trade Partners from behind the scenes and elevating the sales function by supporting the Sales Managers that are out on the road. This role works closely with other departments within the business including product & revenue, marketing, reservations, and finance – bridging the gap between travel agent partners and MSC Cruises.
Your Impact
- Create Trade Partner Toolkits for Brand Campaigns and New Promotions
- Create Window / Social Media Offer Cards
- Take ownership of the National Trade Social Media Platforms
- Supporting the organisation of the Trade Ship Visit Programme
- Liaise with Trade Support Manager to resolve issues escalated to the Trade Support Team

Your Journey so far
- Skilled in Microsoft 365 Office Suite (Required)
- Fluent in English, including written (Required)
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Creative thinking and problem solving skill
Your Essentials
- The existing right to live and work in the UK is preferred, along with the ability to travel.
