FX Sales Support & Trade Operations Associate
London
£60,000 - £80,000 + Bonus + Benefits
The Opportunity
Our client is a fast-growing specialist FX and commodities brokerage looking to hire an FX Sales Support & Trade Operations Associate to become the operational backbone of its front-office team.
This is a newly created position designed with one objective: allow revenue-generating salespeople to spend more time winning and executing business.
You'll act as the bridge between the Front Office, Operations, and clients, owning the post-trade administration, client communications, and operational workflow that currently sits with the sales desk. This is an excellent opportunity for someone from an FX, payments, or treasury operations background who enjoys working closely with clients and the commercial team.

Responsibilities
- Act as the operational support function for the FX Sales Desk.
- Manage the full trade lifecycle following execution.
- Coordinate FX trade expiries with clients and internal Operations.
- Liaise with clients regarding settlement instructions, cash settlement, and physical delivery.
- Prepare scenario analysis and pricing documentation to support the sales team.
- Handle non-revenue generating client enquiries, allowing salespeople to focus on originating business.
- Ensure all client instructions are accurately captured and communicated internally.
- Work closely with Operations to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Monitor outstanding actions and proactively chase clients where required.
- Assist in streamlining and automating manual processes.
- Maintain accurate CRM and trade records.
