Trade Support (VP) - Global Prop Trading Firm - Up to £110k base + Bonus - WFH Flexibility!
Our client, a leading proprietary trading firm, are looking to make a newly created VP hire within their Trading Operations team in London.
Off the back of strong performance and increased trading volumes across the European business, the successful hire will join a high-performing team responsible for providing direct operational support to a broad range of trading desks across futures, options, equities, FX, rates, swaps and digital assets.

The role has a broad remit, covering trade capture, reconciliations, settlements, lifecycle events and desk support, whilst also working closely with the wider operations team on process improvement and automation initiatives. Given the scale and volume of the platform, the role offers excellent exposure across products and trading strategies, alongside the opportunity to further develop technical skills across Python, SQL and VBA.

Candidates should have 4-10 years’ experience across either the buy-side or sell-side, with strong exposure to trade capture / reconciliations within a derivatives environment, as well as some process improvement / automation experience.
The role is paying up to £110k base salary, alongside strong bonus potential, whilst also offering hybrid flexibility with 1 / 2 days WFH per week.
