The Role
Trade Surveillance Compliance Analyst (Futures & Options/ ETD’s)
Martis Search are representing a London based Investment Bank to hire a brand new headcount from growth, for a permanent “Trade Surveillance Compliance Analyst” for their brand new “Futures & Options Clearing” business launch. The role reports into a “Senior Compliance Manager” in their London office.
The existing company have a proven pedigree in other asset classes, are a global bank with a solid balance sheet and ambitious plans to grow out their Futures & Options trading desks in London.
Our client is looking for a graduate calibre Compliance Analyst with circa between 2-4 years Futures & Options Compliance experience, ideally with (ETD/ Futures) Trade Surveillance Compliance experience.

Our client is looking for someone who has specific experience using the “Nasdaq SMARTS” Trade Surveillance system (monitoring of ETD/ Futures & Options Trading activities).
Due to the size of the team from the start, the role will be both hands-on, as well as growing into a “Generalist Compliance”, or “Compliance Advisory” role in the future.
In addition, this role offers 1-2-1 mentorship directly with an experienced Compliance Manager, so is an amazing role.

Salary
Between £60,000 - £80,000 pa, dependent upon experience, but annual discretionary bonus, pension, healthcare, life insurance, medi-cash, private medical and income protection.
