We are looking for customer-focused HGV Drivers to join our Trade Waste team in Colwick, Nottingham. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with strong earning potential, a supportive team culture, and genuine long-term career prospects.

Key Responsibilities

As a Trade driver, you’ll be operating a variety of vehicles, including rear and front loaders, to collect and empty bins for our trade waste customers.

  • You’ll work independently as a one-person crew, managing your route and keeping things running smoothly and safely.
  • This is a hands-on, active job that’s ideal for someone who enjoys being outdoors, staying on the move, and taking pride in a job well done.
  • You’ll start early and finish early - perfect if you like to make the most of your afternoons! Come rain or shine, you’ll be helping to keep your local area clean and make a real difference to the environment every single day.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • A valid LGV/HGV licence and Driver CPC (essential)
  • A great attitude and a focus on safety
  • Experience driving HGVs (waste or recycling experience a bonus!)
  • Someone who’s reliable, self-motivated, and happy working independently
