Trading Assistant
Store Associate • Replenishment & Customer Service
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Collect stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15kg)
- Replenish products across the store while maintaining tidy, well-presented shelves
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and assisting proactively
- Build in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and promotions
- Deliver recommendations to enhance the customer experience
- Check dates on fresh produce and grocery products to ensure food safety
- Cross-department support as needed
- Assist with same-day deliveries, stock checks and store organisation
