Trading Assistant

Store Associate (Stock Support & Customer Service)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock Management
    • Collect stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15KG) to replenish shelves
    • Ensure products are well-presented and shelves are tidy and stocked
  • Customer Support
    • Provide premium customer service, answering questions and offering proactive assistance
    • Build in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and services to deliver personalised recommendations
  • Fresh Produce Handling
    • Accurately date-check fresh groceries and produce
  • Multi-Store Support
    • Cover additional duties across the store as needed
    • Assist with delivery operations when required
