Trading Assistant
Store Associate (Stock Support & Customer Service)
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Management
- Collect stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15KG) to replenish shelves
- Ensure products are well-presented and shelves are tidy and stocked
- Customer Support
- Provide premium customer service, answering questions and offering proactive assistance
- Build in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and services to deliver personalised recommendations
- Fresh Produce Handling
- Accurately date-check fresh groceries and produce
- Multi-Store Support
- Cover additional duties across the store as needed
- Assist with delivery operations when required
