Trading Assistant
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collecting stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15KG) to replenish items across the store, ensuring shelves stay tidy, full, and well-presented
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing queries, assisting with shopping, and offering proactive help
- Building comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, and promotions to provide tailored recommendations
- Date-checking fresh produce and grocery items to maintain quality standards
- Supporting across the store as needed, including assisting with deliveries
