Trading Assistant - Local

Shop Team Member

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working closely with a small team to ensure all store aspects are ready for speedy, convenient customer experiences
  • Handling stock duties, including:
    • Collecting stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15KG)
    • Restocking shelves and maintaining store presentation
    • Assisting at checkouts, supporting deliveries, and ensuring the store remains clean and tidy
  • Supporting On-demand grocery ordering by:
    • Selecting and picking the best product quality for customers
    • Assisting with Click & Collect parcel pickups
  • Delivering excellent customer service, including:
    • Proactively answering questions and providing assistance
    • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and services for better customer recommendations
    • Date-checking fresh produce and grocery items
