Trading Assistant - Shift
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collecting stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15KG) to replenish a variety of items across the store, ensuring shelves remain clean, tidy, and fully stocked with well-presented products.
- Fervently supporting customers by answering questions, offering assistance, and proactively enhancing their shopping experience when the store is open.
- Conducting date checks on fresh produce and grocery products to ensure quality and freshness.
- Assisting across the store as needed, including managing deliveries when required.
- Building expertise in products, services, and promotions to effectively recommend suggestions to customers.
