Trading Assistant - Shift
Sainsbury’s Perspective Filler (Store Team Member)
Responsibilities
- Stock management: Collect and replenish stock using heavy roll cages (max 15KG) across the store, ensuring shelves are tidy, clean, and stocked with well-presented products.
- Customer service: Provide prompt, friendly assistance while the store is open—answer questions, offer support, and anticipate customer needs.
- Fresh produce & grocery tasks: Conduct date checks on perishable items to maintain food safety.
- Store support: Assist with shopping deliveries, assist fellow team members, and proactively help in busy periods.
- Product expertise: Build strong knowledge of Sainsbury's offerings to provide relevant product recommendations.
