Trading Assistant - Shift

Store Colleague

Responsibilities

  • Collecting stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15kg) to replenish a variety of items across the store, ensuring shelves remain clean, tidy, and stocked with well-presented products
  • Assisting customers during opening hours with questions, offering proactive help, and creating a welcoming, friendly service
  • Checking the date of fresh produce and grocery products
  • Supporting across the store as needed and assisting with deliveries
  • Building extensive knowledge of our products, promotions, and services to provide effective customer recommendations
