Trading Assistant - Shift

Store-Colleague Role – Nightshift

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collecting stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15KG) to replenish shelves, ensuring they remain clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
  • Enhancing customer service by being proactive in assisting customers with questions and ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
  • Checking dates on fresh produce and grocery products to maintain quality.
  • Supporting with in-store operations, restocking tasks, and deliveries as required.
  • Building expert knowledge about our products, promotions, and services to provide personalised recommendations.
