Trading Assistant - Shift

Retail Team Member – Store Associate (Night Shift)

Role Overview

You’ll play a vital role in keeping our store running smoothly, ensuring our shelves are stocked, and our customers receive an excellent shopping experience. Whether it’s replenishing stock, supporting customers, or working collaboratively as a team, your proactive attitude and willingness to learn will make a big difference.

Your Responsibilities

  • Stock Management & Presentation:

    • Collect and transport stock using heavy roll cages (capacity up to 15KG) to replenish store shelves efficiently
    • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and product presentation across all departments
  • Customer Service:

    • Deliver exceptional customer service during opening hours, assisting with queries and anticipating needs
    • Actively engage with customers to ensure a seamless shopping experience
  • Produce & Grocery Management:

    • Check dates on fresh produce and perishable goods to ensure product freshness and reduce waste
  • Cross-Store Support:

    • Assisted across all store operations based on demand
    • Participate in in-store deliveries and logistics as required
  • Product Knowledge & Engagement:

    • Build expertise in our products, promotions, and services to confidently advise customers and upsell opportunities
