Trading Assistant - Shift
#Little Marlborough Supermarket Assistant
We’re searching for dedicated and enthusiastic team members to join our supermarket team in Little Marlborough and help us serve our customers with speed and excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Warehouse and stock management:
- Collect stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15KG) to replenish shelves
- Keep store shelves clean, tidy, and fully stocked with well-presented products

Customer service:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting customers with questions
- Proactively help shoppers and maintain a welcoming atmosphere across the store

Fresh produce and perishables:
- Perform date checks on fresh produce and grocery items to ensure quality compliance

Operational support:
- Assist in additional tasks across the store as needed
- Support with deliveries where required

Product knowledge and recommendations:
- Build strong familiarity with our products, services, and promotions
- Provide helpful advice and suggestions to enhance the shopping experience
