Trading Assistant - Shift

Team Member (Warehouse & Store Support)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collecting stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15KG) to replenish a variety of items across the store, ensuring shelves remain:
    • Clean
    • Tidy
    • Fully stocked with well-presented products
  • Acting as an on-hand customer service assistant during store opening hours by:
    • Helping customers with their questions
    • Proactively offering support
  • Date-checking fresh produce and grocery products to maintain standards and reduce waste
  • Assisting across the store as needed, including:
    • Supporting deliveries
    • Handling customer inquiries
    • Maintaining a pleasant, organised retail environment
  • Developing deep knowledge of:
    • Our products
    • Our services
    • Ongoing promotions (to provide tailored recommendations)
