Trading Assistant - Shift
Team Member (Warehouse & Store Support)
What you’ll be doing:
- Collecting stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15KG) to replenish a variety of items across the store, ensuring shelves remain:
- Clean
- Tidy
- Fully stocked with well-presented products
- Acting as an on-hand customer service assistant during store opening hours by:
- Helping customers with their questions
- Proactively offering support
- Date-checking fresh produce and grocery products to maintain standards and reduce waste
- Assisting across the store as needed, including:
- Supporting deliveries
- Handling customer inquiries
- Maintaining a pleasant, organised retail environment
- Developing deep knowledge of:
- Our products
- Our services
- Ongoing promotions (to provide tailored recommendations)
