Trading Assistant - Shift
Retail Fitness & Freshness Colleague
About the Role
Are you proud to deliver a great shopping experience while keeping shelves stocked and fresh? We're looking for a **Fitness & Freshness Colleague to collect stock from our warehouse, replenish products, and support customers in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll be doing in this role:

Stock replenishment:
- Collect stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15KG)
- Restock shelves to keep them clean, tidy, and fully presented with well-organised products

Customer service excellence:
- Always ready to assist customers with questions and offer proactive support
- Welcome customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude

Shelf checks & date management:
- Check expiration dates for fresh produce and grocery products
- Ensure only safe-to-sell items remain in stock

Omni-channel flexibility:
- Support across the store as needed, including handling deliveries and additional tasks
- Build strong product knowledge to recommend items to customers
