Trading Assistant - Shift
Store Associate (Physical/Fulfillment) – Supermarket
What you’ll be doing:
- Collecting stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15KG) to replenish a variety of items across the store, ensuring shelves are kept clean, tidy, and well-stocked with brilliantly presented products
- Supporting customers with friendly, efficient service—proactively assisting with queries, stock queries, and ensuring a great shopping experience during opening hours
- Date-checking fresh produce and groceries to maintain food safety standards
- Supporting across the store as needed, assisting with deliveries and providing coverage where required
- Building detailed knowledge of our products, promotions, and services to confidently recommend special offers and solutions to customers
