Trading Assistant - Shift
Sainsbury’s Warehouse & Store Colleague – Key Responsibilities
As a Sainsbury’s Colleague, your role will encompass a variety of essential tasks to ensure our stores run smoothly and efficiently:

Stock Management:
- Collect and replenish stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15KG), ensuring shelves are clean, tidy, and fully stocked with well-presented products.
- Maintain a visually appealing store environment for customers.

Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service, be proactive in assisting customers, and answer queries with enthusiasm.
- Build strong product knowledge to recommend promotions and offerings effectively.

Operational Support:
- Date-check fresh produce and grocery products to ensure quality and freshness.
- Assist across the store as needed, including supporting deliveries where required.
