Trading Assistant
Trading Assistant – Store Roles

As a Trading Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our stores are organised and ready to meet our customers’ needs.
Eligibility:
- You must be above the school-leaver age in your country (School leaving age)
- You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
- For shifts before 6am or after 11pm, you’ll need to be at least 18 years old
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collect and replenish stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (with weights of up to 15KG) across the store, maintaining tidy, well-presented shelves
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with queries and offering proactive help
- Develop strong product knowledge to give tailored recommendations
- Date check fresh produce and grocery items
- Collaborate across the store as needed, including supporting with deliveries
