Trading Manager – Growth Strategies & Market Positioning
Your Role at Veezu
As a Trading Manager, you’ll leverage data to determine the growth strategies of cities across the UK, playing a pivotal role in expanding Veezu and strengthening our market position. Reporting into the VP Marketplace, your responsibilities will include reviewing operational KPIs, analysing competitive landscapes, identifying opportunities, and executing innovative strategies to bolster Veezu cities.

What You’ll Do

Market & Growth Analysis
- Conduct deep dives into locational performance to understand city dynamics.
- Identify growth opportunities and optimise performance metrics.

Strategic Development & Execution
- Develop, coordinate, and implement trading strategies aligned with market insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including:
- Brand & Performance Marketing
- Passenger & Driver Lifecycle
- Driver Partner Experience
- Data Science
- Legal teams

Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of trading initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on performance trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Stakeholder Engagement & Decision Support
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform decision-making.

Tariff & Pricing Ownership
- Ensure accuracy and timely resolution of issues within Veezu’s internal systems.
- Maintain up-to-date records of tariffs and pricing structures.
- Act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for technical queries on tariffs and pricing configurations.
- Support Data Science in developing, building, and testing new pricing strategies.

- Maintain rigorous adherence to Information Security processes.

Where You’ll Work
This role is hybrid, with your primary base being your home address. However, you may be required to work from our Cardiff HQ or other locations as needed—at least 1 day per month.
