About the Role
As a Trading Manager you will use data to determine growth strategies for cities across the UK, playing a key role in helping us grow the business and enhance our market position. Reporting into the VP Marketplace, your role will involve:
- Reviewing operational KPIs
- Evaluating competitive landscapes
- Highlighting growth opportunities
- Developing and executing innovative strategic plans

Responsibilities
Market Analysis & Strategy
- Deep dive into locational performance to:
- Understand city dynamics and identify growth opportunities
- Improve performance
- Develop, coordinate, and implement trading strategies that capitalise on market insights by working with cross-functional teams, including:
- Brand & Performance Marketing
- Passenger & Driver Lifecycle
- Driver Partner Experience
- Data Science
- Legal

Performance & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to track the effectiveness of trading strategies and initiatives
- Provide regular reports on:
- Performance trends
- Opportunities
- Challenges
- Offer feedback to internal departments on improving service delivery for:
- Passengers
- Driver partners
Decision & Strategy Presentation
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making
Tariff Management & Compliance
- Ownership and ongoing maintenance of tariffs in Veezu’s internal systems:
- Ensure accuracy
- Timely resolution of issues
- Maintain accurate records of:
- All tariffs
- Pricing structures
- Act as the subject matter expert for technical queries on:
- Tariffs
- Pricing configurations
- Support the development, build, and testing of:
- Pricing strategies
- System capabilities (with the Data Science Function)
- Commitment to maintaining ISO27001 certification and high standards for Information Security compliance

Requirements
