Trading Manager
Trading Manager - Veezu
Your Role at Veezu
As a Trading Manager, you will leverage data to determine growth strategies for cities across the UK and play a pivotal role in expanding the business while enhancing our market positioning. You will report directly to the VP of Marketplace, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Execution
- Conduct in-depth locational performance analysis to understand city-level dynamics and pinpoint growth opportunities
- Design, coordinate, and implement trading strategies that align with market insights to drive business expansion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including:
- Brand & Performance Marketing
- Passenger & Driver Lifecycle
- Driver Partner Experience
- Data Science
- Legal
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives
- Deliver regular reports on performance trends, growth potential, and operational challenges
- Provide actionable insights to internal teams to improve service delivery for passengers and driver partners

Stakeholder & Technical Leadership
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making
- Assume ownership for maintaining tariffs in Veezu’s internal systems, ensuring accuracy and prompt issue resolution
- Maintain up-to-date records of tariff structures and pricing configurations
- Act as the subject matter expert for technical queries relating to tariffs and pricing
Information Security Compliance
- Uphold ISO27001 certification standards and enforce robust Information Security compliance
Collaboration with Data Teams
- Support the development, construction, and testing of pricing strategies and system functionalities with the Data Science team

Role Flexibility
- This is a hybrid role, with your primary base at your home address
- Regular office presence (minimum 1 day/month) at Cardiff HQ or other locations as required by business needs
