Trading Platform Engineer

Paragon Alpha is partnering with a leading Multi-Strategy hedge fund as they continue to grow their Systematic Technology team, hiring a Trading Platform Engineer to support their high-performance, low-latency trading platform.

  • Role Overview

    Working closely with traders, quantitative researchers, and software engineers, you'll be responsible for production support, monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, automation, and improving the reliability and observability of business-critical trading systems.

  • Key Requirements

    The ideal candidate will have experience in Production Engineering, SRE, or Application Support within a real-time or trading environment, alongside strong Linux troubleshooting skills, experience with monitoring and observability tools, and scripting in Python or a similar language.

  • Desirable Experience

    Experience supporting systematic trading, electronic trading, or market data platforms would be highly beneficial.
