Job Description
The role:
Managing the administration of purchase and sales of commodities from SAICA Natur depots and third parties to SAICA Paper and third parties.
Main Responsibilities
Tasks / Functions / Main Responsibilities:
Admin support for the Trading Sales Personnel Deliver end to end customer service with all admin functions on new and existing customer accounts. Accurate upkeep of all supplier & customer data on PRISMA. Processing sales and purchases through PRISMA accurately & efficiently Communicating with internal and external customers to coordinate collections / deliveries Monitoring collections / paperwork and ensure all paperwork is compliant Setting up new suppilers / customer accounts in PRIMSA 1st point of contact for customer complaints and dispute resolution. Processing and monitoring claims and rejections Processing invoices

Specific Tasks: (this list is not exhaustive)
Liaising with suppliers & hauliers to book collections Book deliveries with end destinations, ensuring all paperwork is accurate Update sales and purchase prices Monitor load cancellations and postponements Obtain transport rates from haulage partners Managing supplier and buyer relationships Communicating with depots and suppliers about co-ordination of loads for purchase / sale Process 3rd party invoices through webcycle for payment. Processing sales and purchases through PRIMSA with correct information and confirming and checking loads for invoicing / issuing customer rebates Updating depot stock sheet and price files, frequent interaction with depot managers / yard supervisors / weighbridge staff Reporting material claims for rejections, light weights and moisture etc. Assist with completion of external reporting tasks – PeRNs & TFS (Ireland) databases Maintenance of compliance files for customers / suppliers Completion of paperwork to support customs process

Academic Qualifications
GCSE – Maths and English
Professional Experience
Experience Working within the Waste Management / Recycling sector desirable. Customer Service experience. Intermediate to advanced IT skills, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Knowledge of exports / customs desirable
