Role Overview

As a Trading Services Specialist in our Client Market Making business, you will play a key role in onboarding clients, supporting global platform operations, and collaborating with business development, product, technology, and back-office teams to enhance the client experience.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the entire client onboarding process including connectivity, session setup, conformance testing, and pilot trades.
  • Monitor and resolve production issues to ensure a seamless client trading experience.
  • Collaborate with developer and production reliability engineer teams to identify workflow and system issues, document/prioritize tickets, and deliver solutions.
  • Partner with trading, product, and sales teams to turn client requests into actionable roadmap items.
  • Create and maintain clear up-to-date documentation that enables team-wide knowledge sharing.
  • Other duties as assigned or needed.

Skills You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, client-facing trading environment.
  • 3-10 years of relevant experience with trading systems, order entry protocols, market data protocols, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing production support.
  • Strong understanding of the client onboarding lifecycle, including FIX protocol, conformance testing, and network routing.
  • Product expertise in at least one asset class (e.g., FX, Fixed income).
  • Proven ability to successfully lead and complete technical projects.
  • Experience with data analysis using tools like SQL is a must; experience with Python and/or KDB+ is a nice to have but not a must.
  • Flexibility to collaborate across time zones, including occasional off-hours work.
  • Reliable and predictable availability.
